WOW WOW WOW that is all I can say. We met Steve in the middle of September as we were looking for an investment to buy in Windsor. Our initial call was about 30 – 45 minutes and we were hoping for the best. We spent a full day with Steve viewing various properties. He understood exactly what we were looking for. He is very intuitive and approachable. He is honest in his comments and evaluation of all properties. If Steve does not know the answer he will find it out. He does his homework and seems to know exactly what will sell and what it will take to buy. We have been dealing with Steve for a month and a half and have been able to secure 3 houses in total. I would highly recommend Steve if you are looking for someone honest, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable to help you with your real estate adventure. We are hoping to do more investing in Windsor and will be using Steve as our main go to person and will recommend him to anyone that asks.
