We can't speak highly enough of our experience with team Steve and Trista. In this crazy real estate market they took... us through multiple listings and offers before a final purchase. They advised us every step of the way taking as much time as needed to do a proper evaluation of each property before putting in an offer. I was originally referred to Steve who helped assist my Mom find her dream retirement home in a new build area in... Amherstburg. In a very crazy realestate market Steve helped my Moms transition from a big city to be a very easy one. Steve truly went above and beyond for her. WOW WOW WOW that is all I can say. We met Steve in the middle of September as we were looking for an investment to buy... in Windsor. Our initial call was about 30 - 45 minutes and we were hoping for the best. We spent a full day with Steve viewing various properties. He understood exactly what we were looking for. He is very intuitive and approachable. He is honest in his comments and evaluation of all properties. If Steve does not know the answer he will find it out. He does his homework and seems to know exactly what will sell and what it will take to buy. We have been dealing with Steve for a month and a half and have been able to secure 3 houses in total.
