November 2018 statistics are now in from the Windsor/Essex County Real Estate Board. Low inventory continues to push sales down but average price continues to rise! Sales are down 6.93% compared to Nov 2017 but Average sale price is up 11.85% compared to Nov 2017.
Is now a good time to sell my home? Absolutely – the lower the inventory levels the better for Sellers, less homes to compete with for a Buyers attention compared with a generally busier Spring market (not to mention homes generally show even better decorated for the Holiday’s, don’t you agree?)
