Listings are up 6.86%, sales are down 1.20% and average price is up 10.86% from a year ago May 2018. Average price this past month is at $333,446.
Depending on what price point and area you’re in, low inventory remains a driver in multiple offer/over asking sales but the real estate market is highly localized and is difficult to effectively “average” across such a large area of Windsor/Essex County and across all price ranges.
