The stats are in from the Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors (WECAR) for December 2019! – average sale price is up 11.71% ($333,564) from this time last year and listings and sales are both down from this time last year at -9.39% and -4.99% respectively.
Translation: we have less sales because we have less listings to sell, yet sales are outpacing new listings as we have strong demand from Buyers without the necessary supply of inventory which is why average sale price continues to climb.
