Statistics are in from the Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors and average price continues its climb to $354,125 up 15.62% compared to April 2018. Listings are up nearly 20% at 945 listings year over year and units sold remained 599 with a 0% increase....

Steve is an amazing, attentive agent who knows the market. He made himself available when we needed him to be to see homes, and guided us in the right direction when it came time to put an offer in.

About 15 years ago my husband and I had put our house up for sale with a realtor which resulted in devastating results that I won’t get into.
We have been living in our first home we ever purchased and after 24 years decided to make another go at selling our home again.
We found the perfect home that we would be able to retire in and for the first time met Steve Blais.
At the time we first met Steve he stood out from other realtors we have met in the past.
Some of the things that most stood out from Steve is how fast he would reply back from an email, text or phone call no matter what time it was day or night. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with team Steve and Trista. In this crazy real estate market they took us through multiple listings and offers before a final purchase. They advised us every step of the way taking as much time as needed to do a proper evaluation of each property before putting in an offer. All our questions and emails were answered promptly and clearly. Throughout the process they expertly handled setting up inspectors, dealing with paperwork for the lawyers and the bank. Steve and Trista led us through multiple rounds of negotiations. They surpassed our expectations with their professionalism and genuine interest in assuring that we were satisfied with our final decision.

Steve was extremely patient and professional in helping my husband and I find a new home. We're inexperienced home-owners and Steve provided a lot of guidance in the whole process. We really appreciated his expertise and learned to trust him as he had demonstrated to us that he was passionate about finding a home for us and not just making the sale.
Steve was very responsive to questions and concerns we had along the way. He also provided great advice for us when it came time to make the offer, which eventually allowed us to purchase our dream home.

I was originally referred to Steve who helped assist my Mom find her dream retirement home in a new build area in Amherstburg. In a very crazy realestate market Steve helped my Moms transition from a big city to be a very easy one. Steve truly went above and beyond for her. He was able to make an out of town buying experience very worry free. When it came time for my own family to buy our own home, it did not matter which area we wanted to explore, Steve was always willing to meet us and was very informative in today's current realestate market throughout the Windsor-Essex area. With multiple offers on a listing my family wanted, Steve was very helpful in knowing what we should offer to make the home our own. Steve posses the accommodation, knowledge, professionalism, genuine kindness, and care a family or single buyer needs in a realtor when looking for a home. We will highly recommend him to anyone we know.

WOW WOW WOW that is all I can say. We met Steve in the middle of September as we were looking for an investment to buy in Windsor. Our initial call was about 30 - 45 minutes and we were hoping for the best. We spent a full day with Steve viewing various properties. He understood exactly what we were looking for. He is very intuitive and approachable. He is honest in his comments and evaluation of all properties. If Steve does not know the answer he will find it out. He does his homework and seems to know exactly what will sell and what it will take to buy. We have been dealing with Steve for a month and a half and have been able to secure 3 houses in total. I would highly recommend Steve if you are looking for someone honest, reliable, friendlyn and knowledgeable to help you with your real estate adventure. We are hoping to do more investing in Windsor and will be using Steve as our main go to person and will recommend him to anyone that asks.

If he did not know a answer to our question he researched it and found the answer for us. He was our angel from heaven, so helpful in many ways. Steve is an amazing realtor. He is very knowledgeable about everything in a property and makes sure you see everything you may overlook in the viewing. He goes above and beyond, is in constant contact and always available for all the questions and concerns I had in the process.
